We started in April 2022 with a simple idea: buyers and sellers in and around Phillaur should not have to guess. Every property we take up is visited, its papers are looked at, and the price is discussed against what similar property has actually sold for nearby.
We are a small office, and that is deliberate. You deal with Arun directly, from the first call to the day of registry. There is no chain of people to explain your case to.
Our work is on commission basis, which means we are paid when a deal is completed. That keeps our interest in the same place as yours: a clean sale that both sides are comfortable with.
